WHAT IS LARK // Lark is a pop-up concept, hosting well styled underground dinner parties in various locations. These gatherings are for food lovers who enjoy a sophisticated, unpretentious vibe with great conversation and beautiful design.

ORANGE JUICE BRAISED LAMB with garlic white beans, crispy kale in a mushroom broth

PICKLED CAULIFLOWER by pernicious pickles with purple potato salad, preserved orange aioli, finished with fried sage oil

COLD APPLE SMOKED CHICKEN with Morita chili glaze, golden beet puree with ginger & turmeric, roasted mushrooms.
