Sourcing butterflies from insect farms around the world directly supports the preservation of natural habitats, many of which are under the constant threat of de-forestation. Recently featured in The Bowers Museum in Santa Anna, Jonathan Seagul will be showing smaller works with locally sourced materials and tropical insects from around the world.

The mother-daughter dual travel to India throughout the year and work with the local artists to create unique hand block printed with AZO-free, non-toxic dyes. They are then dried in the natural sunlight, giving each piece its unique hue and beauty.
