Join the Manifesting Through Intention Community as we welcome, Breathwork Teacher, Healer, and Special Guest, Ana Lilia on August, 17th at the, Honoring My Inner Sol, spiritual workshop.

Hosted by Ronnie M, this event will focus on opening your Solar Plexus Chakra, healing through a deep breathwork meditation led by Ana Lilia, as well as a Crystal Exchange and Release at Sea on the shore of Laguna Beach at Sunset. This event is meant to Honor your Inner Sol, Sol being Sun in Spanish, and Sol representing the Solar Plexus where we tend to hold space for anxiety, stress, worry, pain, grief and need for the most release. Here in this space, we will work through this and give each other the exchange of peace, love, serenity, and connection.

Manifesting Through Intention Workshop

Saturday, August 17th

Check-in 5:30pm-6:00pm. Workshop will begin promptly at 6:00pm and conclude at 9:15pm

Your Spiritual Passport will include the following:
45-minute Breathwork Meditation led by Ana Lilia @_ana_lilia
45-minute Intention Setting at Sea, Sage Clearing and Citrine Crystal release led by Ronnie M @ronniembrand
Essential Oil to enhance your intention setting led by Intuitive Healer, Constanza Patitucci @luvaoils
Intimate crystal exchange at Sea with one-another, attendees to bring her own personal crystal to offer another attendee
Wine & non-alcoholic beverages + small bites will be provided

Every Attendee will need to bring:
One crystal to exchange with another attendee
One personal pillow
One personal blanket or yoga mat to lay on during meditation
Comfortable shoes to walk to and from SOURCED. to the Beach, flip flops are preferred
