Come build a cheese platter with Private Chef & Cheesemonger extraordinaire, Noel Moton on Saturday, May 25th for this hands on workshop. You’ll create your own charcuterie tray on an eco-friendly 10X14” wood board. This speciality workshop will consist of a small cheese and charcuterie tasting and discussion. After, Noel will lead everyone in my platter building process utilizing many of my tools for building. You will leave with some of my insider tips and tricks for creating BEAUTIFUL boards time and time again.

All food and materials will be provided for you. Please just bring yourselves!

This workshop is Memorial Day weekend. If you are having or going to a party, then this class is the place to be. Have fun with me creating a cheese board to share over the holiday with others!
